Rooney's horribly miss-hit shot bounced over Leno. Rolfes equalised with a superb shot from the edge of the box. RVP restored United's lead with a spectacular right foot volley though Leno should have saved. Seconds after Leverkusen should have equalised a poor defence header on a goalkick let Rooney through and he beat Leno at his near post to score his 200th Manchester United goal. Valencia finished off a fantastic counter attack. Toprak scrambled in a corner.
Neither side can defend worth a lick.

Sociedad made all the running but they're got some unbelievably crap players like Carlos Vela and the rest no one has heard of. Brazilian midfielder Teixeira scored two excellent goals. The first a crisp first time shot after Costa laid off a pass with a back heel. On the counter attack he ran at the Sociedad defence and as they backed off his crashed a shot inside the right post.

Another pathetic away performance by Juve. The fell behind after failing to defend a free kick. Quagliarella made amends for a poor miss in the first half with the equaliser.

The pitiful Galatasaray defence failed to clear a longball with only Isco to defend. Di Maria knocked an awful Felipe Melo header into Benzema's path for the second. Muslera, who is an awful goalkeeper, was drawn out by Di Maria and made to look like a fool as he scrambled across goal before Ronaldo scored the third. He tapped in a rebound minutes later and laid on Benzema's second. Bulut flicked home Amrabat's cross. Ronaldo completed his hat-trick in style, cutting inside two defenders and dancing past another before lashing a shot into the right corner.
Galatasaray should be banned from Europe for this performance.

Djuricic tapped in a rebound after Proto failed to hold a shot. Luisao scored from a corner though not with a header - he trapped a cross on his chest before volleying past Proto.

Ibrahimovic and Maxwell combined for the first. Weiss scored one of the goals of the season, switching the ball between his feet and he ran at speed in and out of tackles before beating Sirigu at his near post. Incredible close control.
