Messi smashed in a rebound after Di Maria hammered a shot against the left post. Musa equalised within a minute, running onto a loose ball down the left, Zabaleta failed to get tight so he worked an angle for a shot before thumping the ball inside the right post. Messi restored Argentina's lead with a free kick when he caught Enyeama cold on a free kick. Rojo tackled Emenike as he tried to dribble into the box but he recovered to feed Musa who had time to drop Romero with a feint before firing into an empty net. Rojo headed in a Lavezzi corner.
Argentina are their for the taking. Their defence is laughably poor and has looked dreadful against mediocre opposition. Provided the Swiss are ambitious, which goes against how they normally play, there's no reason they cannot send the imp and the rest of the umpa lumpas out.

Dzeko surprisingly opened the scoring with a slow motion shot from 25 yards. Hosseini played a hospital pass against Pjanic and the ball broke to Dzeko, Dzeko found Susic, he ghosted past Sadeghi and Pjanic curled his pass inside the right post. Bosnia's awful offside trap gave Iran their consolation goal. They pushed out on a high ball, Nekounam volleyed a centre to the back post for Ghoochannejhad to tap in. Seconds later Salihovic released right back Vrsajevic and he hammered a shot in off the left post.

Dzeko had a goal wrongly disallowed for offside and his confidence went down the toilet. The linesman's flag stayed down minutes later but he shot straight at Enyeama. Emenike bullied Spahic down Bosnia's left then pulled back a centre for Odemwingie's winning goal. Begovic denied Emenike in the second half but it was Bosnia who continued to create and waste chances, Ibisevic and Dzeko blowing free headers from corners. In the dying seconds Dzeko trapped a longball on his chest, turned and shot straight at Enyeama who kicked his shot against the right post.
There have been lots of cries about robbery but Bosnia only have themselves to blame. They created enough chances to win two games.

Haghighi made saves from Higuain and Aguero in a poor first half. Argentina turned in another terrible display and would have fell to an embarrassing defeat but for goalkeeper Romero and the officials who bottled out of awarding Iran a penalty when Zabaleta chopped down 'moves like' Dejagah. After the penalty incident Romero brilliantly tipped away a 'moves like' Dejagah header. The imp Messi scored an ill deserved winner when he gathered a loose ball and curled a brilliant left foot shot inside the right post after the Iranians inexplicably put striker Reza on him.

International lightweight Messi was predictably given the big build before the match. Argentina were awful in the first half, Bosnia not much better, but took the lead when Rojo flicked on a Messi free kick and it went in off Kolasinac.
At the start of the season half Higuain replaced Maxi Rodriguez, who has no business playing international football at this stage of his career. Messi played a one-two with Higuain, Higuain draw two defenders before returning the pass, Messi dropped a shoulder to floor Besic before firing past Begovic. Brilliant goal. His second World Cup goal in three tournaments. Ibisevic beat Argentina's offside trap and shot through Romero's legs to give Bosnia hope. Poor goalkeeping.
