INTER 1 (Rocchi 82)
PARMA 0

Attendance : 49,000

BOLOGNA 1 (Gilardino 24)
SAMPDORIA 1 (Sansone 59)

Gilardino stooped to head in a Taider cross. Curci should have done better when Sansone shot across goal but he couldn't keep the ball out despite getting a firm touch.

Attendance : 21,000
Assists : Taider, Lopez

CATANIA 1 (Barrientos 69)
PALERMO 1 (Ilicic 94)

Barrientos met Gomez' centre with a scruffy first time shot. Hernandez headed down a cross and Ilicic turned on a sixpence (what's the € equivalent?) to fire in a last second equaliser which doesn't really make a great deal of difference at the bottom of the table.

Attendance : 13,000
Red Card : Andujar 94 (Catania)
Assists : Gomez, Hernandez

FIORENTINA 4 (Cuadrado 8, Aquilani 16, Ljajic 33 fk, Romulo 87)
TORINO 3 (Barreto 45, Santana 56, Cerci 78)

Cuadrado turned a player before beating Gillet with a wonderful close range lob. Aquilani headed in Fiorentina's second from a Ljajic corner and Ljajic himself added a third with a brilliant free kick. Barreto pulled a goal back on the stroke of half time following Santana's storming run. Barreto laid on a Santana pass to Meggiorini, he flicked the ball around a corner and Santana whacked a shot straight through Viviano's legs. Almost a great goal. Cerci equalised with a brilliant left footed shot from the edge of the box but Romulo broke Torino hearts when he tapped in a loose ball.

Attendance : 24,000
Red Card : Darmian 91 (Torino)
Assists : Ljajic, Valero, Pizarro (won fk), Santana, Meggiorini, Jonathas, El Hamdaoui

NAPOLI 3 (Hamsik 50, Cavani 64, Insigne 94)
CAGLIARI 2 (Ibarbo 18, Sau 71)

Ibarbo fired a Cavani hospital pass into the Napoli net. Astori's nonchalant flick diverted a Hamsik shot past his own goalkeeper. Cavani tapped in a rebound after Agazzi saved from Inler to give Napoli the lead for the first time but Sau equalised seven minutes later with a superb curling shot from the edge of the box. Dwarf Insigne won the game in injury time via a massive deflection that almost certainly ends any fears Napoli had over blowing second place.

Attendance : 38,000
Assists : n/a, n/a, n/a, Cabrera, n/a

ROMA 1 (Destro 51)
PESCARA 1 (Caprari 14)

Cascione took a speculative shot from distance, Stekelenburg dive low to his right to save and should have put the ball out for a corner but parried it high in the air and Caprari headed the rebound into an empty net. A defender blocked from Pjanic, De Rossi was first to the rebound and Destro turned his wayward shot in at the back post.

Attendance : 40,000
Assists : n/a, De Rossi

SIENA 0
CHIEVO 1 (Pellissier 45)

Attendance : 9,500
Assist : Thereau

JUVENTUS 1 (Vidal 57 Pen)
MILAN 0

Abbiati injured himself when making a brilliant save from a deflected Pirlo free kick. Abate was slow to deal with a bouncing ball with Asamoah hounding him and Amelia rushed off his line and needlessly took out the Ghanaian who had a difficult angle on goal.

A lot was made of the fact that Milan had more possession than Juventus, which is a rarity in Serie A especially at their ground but without the suspended Balotelli and with a shot El Shaarawy they carried little threat.

Attendance : 40,474
Assist : Asamoah (won pen)

20 April 2013

GENOA 1 (Floro Flores 6)
ATALANTA 1 (Del Grosso 8)

Floro Flores headed in a Matuzalem free kick but Del Grosso equalised just two minutes later. Cigarini swung out a corner and Del Grosso appeared to be off balance as he struck a shot which curled inside the right post.

Attendance : 18,000
Red Card : Colantuono 57 (Atalanta)
Assists : Matuzalem (fk), Cigarini (ck)

UDINESE 1 (Di Natale 19)

Attendance : 12,100
