Angelo wrestled free from De Ceglie down the left before firing in a cross which Calaio headed emphatically past Buffon. Chiellini rescued an overhit Giovinco cross and Marchisio burst into the box to blast the winner past Pegolo.

INTER 1 (Samuel 3)
Cassano dived to win a free kick and Allegri spent the next two minutes screaming at the referee. Once he finished Cambiasso swung a cross to the back post and Samuel took advantage of dreadful marking to score with a diving header. Milito should have made it 0-2 but failed to punish a shocking pass out by Abbiati. The wretched Boateng wasted Milan's best two chances both from around 10 yards out. Handanovic ran into Emanuelson when jumping for a cross and as Montolivo hammered in the rebound the ref blew for a foul on the 'keeper. Ridiculous decision. The ref evened up the odds following an anti Milan first half by showing Nagatomo a second yellow for 'handball'. Boateng wasted another chance from a Bojan cross and useless little bastard Bojan slipped when Handanovic spilled from Montolivo and left the goal gaping. Pazzini was no better, failing to connect with two excellent crosses.
Pato will be a big improvement on Bojan and Pazzini which obviously speaks volumes for how much they suck.
Attendance : 72,000
Red Card : Nagatomo 48 (Inter)
Assist : Cambiasso (fk)
NAPOLI 2 (Hamsik 30, Pandev 46)
UDINESE 1 (Pinzi 43)
Cavani back-heeled a longball into the onrushing Maggio, he rolled on a centre and Hamsik fell as he met the ball wrong footing the helpless Brkic. Penalty expert Maicosuel played in the unmarked Pinzi for a simple equaliser after Udinese intercepted a sloppy ball out of defence. Pandev restored Napoli's lead with a magnificent goal three minutes later. Inler played a one-two with Cavani then passed to Pandev who had his back to goal, Pandev controlled the ball with his left foot then dragged it back and pushed it onto his right before shooting into the bottom left corner.
Attendance : 40,000
Red Card : Guidolin 78 (Udinese)

CHIEVO 2 (Thereau 46, Di Michele 87)
SAMPDORIA 1 (Maresca 61 fk)
Thereau picked up the ball in midfield and played a one-two with Rigoni, he ran straight through two defenders, feigned to shoot, dropped Sampdoria goalkeeper Romero then scooped the ball into an empty net. Beautiful. Maresca equalised with a free kick but Romero literally handed Chievo's new coach and former club legend Eugenio Corini three points when he fumbled a speculative shot from DDM (David Di Michele).
